May I Export items from selected Folder from PST or OST

Does your software recover OST file format?

Yes, software can recover deleted items from your deleted (Trash) folder of Outlook. You can easily get back deleted items from OST file format.

What is the refund policy of softaken?

We have a 30 days money back policy for those clients whose refund request fall in any of the following categories:

In case the demo version is working without any interruption, but the full version was not working properly.

I have shopped a program just by using my Credit Card – what happens now?

As the payment is processed (take a few seconds), you will get an email from us at your given email address. The email will carry the activation key (password) along with full version downloadable link.

I have not received my Activation Mail – what to do now?

It is advisable to check you spam mail box as sometimes mails go to the spam box. In case, you have not get your activation mail in one working day, please feel free to contact our support team at support [@] Softaken.com and provide your alternation email Id.

I have lost my Activation Code – what to do now?

If it happens, you can contact to our support team with the issue through email, skype or online chat. You will get back your activation code.
